Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMES AND ESTIMATES:

 Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped standard ground via USPS. Your order will be shipped via the best way with one of these carriers. Delivery times are between 2-8 days depending on your location. Occasionally, delays in delivery may occur.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES:

Princess Nails Javic LLC., is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

DAMAGES:

Princess Nails Javic LLC., is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our office immediately at 732.619.0184. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES:

Princess Nails Javic LLC., is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages under any circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

Princess Nails Javic LLC., does not offer any international shipping.
